JOB SUMMARY

The Roof Store/Three Boys Copnsulting is seeking an energetic and experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our company to build and develop its sales force. This is a ground floor sales position, meaning there is tremendous growth opportunity moving forward with immediate income opportunity and long-term growth.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prospect, call, and schedule appointments with business owners to discuss products and services
• Build a list of potential customers.
• Generate leads
• Build a range of prospects around your core value set (i.e. customer service, integrity, and pride)
• Negotiate and sign contracts
• Oversee jobs that you have sold

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in sales or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong verbal communication skills; must be able to speak in clear sentences with strong grammar
• Strong organizational skills; must be able to meet deadlines on a regular basis
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
• Strong ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Previous construction skills are a plus

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Must be able to work on your feet for several hours at a time
• Must be able to lift 80 lbs. without assistance
• Must be able to sit and talk on your feet for long periods of time while facing a client
• Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, push, pull, and carry products or equipment up to 80 lbs.
• Must be able to climb an extension ladder.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,976.00 - $150,000.00 per year
